Shipping Policy

Your order may include two types of products:

Printful-produced items (prints, home décor, apparel, etc.)
Handmade items created in-house (shell trees, sea-glass décor, select originals)

These items may ship separately and on different timelines.

Processing Times

Printful Items

• Fulfilled and shipped directly through Printful.

• Processing time: 2–5 business days.

• U.S. delivery after fulfillment: typically 3–7 business days.

Handmade Items

• Handmade or made to order.

• Standard processing time: 3–7 business days.

• Shell trees and specialty décor may require an extra 2–4 days to create before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is available within the United States only.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.

Estimated delivery times:

• U.S. Standard: 3–7 business days

• U.S. Expedited: 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates apply after processing.

Orders containing both Printful and handmade items may arrive in separate packages.

Order Tracking

Each shipment generates a tracking number.

You may receive multiple tracking emails if items ship separately.

Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require a reshipment fee.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is delayed beyond expected timeframes:

• Email us at whattheshellartistry@gmail.com within 7 days.

• Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will handle any necessary claims or replacements, including with Printful.
